Watch live Patoniva River flowing in Oulanka National Park (Oulangan kansallispuisto), in eastern Finland. This HD moving cam displays a wonderful area within the town of Kuusamo, in North Ostrobothnia region. Oulanka National Park is part of the World Wide Fund for Nature's PAN Parks, since 2002, and borders the Paanajärvi National Park, in Russia. Oulanka is abundant with fauna and flora, and especially protects reindeer and endangered species including bear, wolverine and lynx. The Oulanka River Valley, which was formed during the last Ice Age, has the ideal features for rare species, making the river ecosystem distinctive.
