On the promenade you see the Tsarina's Stone - the oldest public monument in the city - a mark of the first visit by Tsarina Alexandra, in 1835. On the left-hand side stands the 40-meter tall (131 feet) SkyWheel Helsinki that provides a 360-degree panorama of the city!
