The moving live webcam above takes you to the Nordseestrand at Nessmersiel on the coast of Lower Saxony in Dornum, Germany. The streaming cam shows expansive views of the beach and the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea, as well as a glimpse of three East Frisian Islands in the distance.
As shown on the map below, Nessmersiel Beach is approximately 5.3 hectares in size and 350 metres in length. The beach area also includes a dog park (Hundestrand Nessmersiel), a nature reserve, and is located near a campground (Campingplatz am Nordseestrand).
