This live street webcam takes you to the city centre of Resistencia, the capital city of the Province of Chaco in Argentina.
The stream cam overlooks the busy intersection of Mitre and Marcelo T. de Alvear streets, the State government office on the top corner and the city's main square “Plaza de 25 de Mayo” on the left-hand side of the image as you may see on our map down the page.
The name of the square, Plaza de 25 de Mayo, is related to the 25th of May of 1810, the date that concluded the May Revolution in Buenos Aires, the first step towards the Argentine’s Independence. The plaza is considered an excellent botanical garden and the heart of the city, where the major avenues of Resistencia meet.
