The live streaming webcam at Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz in Vienna, Austria, provides a spectacular view of St. Stephen's Cathedral at the central Stephansplatz square, as well as surrounding cityscapes in Vienna's historic centre.

With this moving live camera, you will see close-up views of the magnificent St. Stephan's Cathedral, a Medieval Roman Catholic church, commonly known as Stephansdom, which was completed in 1160, though the Romanesque and Gothic elements date from the 14th century.

The cathedral, the city's most important religious structure, is 107.2 metres long and 34.2 metres wide, with four grand towers. The south tower, at 136.44 metres, is the tallest and most popular place to get spectacular views of Vienna.

Fascinating attractions can be found in the city's historic centre, including the Wien Museum Mozart Apartment, where Mozart lived, the modern building Haas Haus, and many other wonderful places to visit.

On the right side of this streaming, you can see the street Kärntner Straße and the Stock-im-Eisen-Platz building. In Stock-im-Eisen-Platz stands the landmark Stock im Eisen, a medieval tree-trunk filled with nails that has been placed for good luck for hundreds of years.

In fact, Vienna is a city with fascinating histories to discover, with its city centre designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as shown on our map further down the page.
