Quebec is the largest province in Canada in terms of total area and the second most populous, with about 24% of the country's population. Its largest urban area is Montreal but the capital is Quebec City, one of the country’s oldest cities – watch the live cameras in this area. Having French as the only provincial official language, this is the only province that has a predominantly French-speaking population. Jean Lesage International Airport serves Quebec City and the rest of the province.

Some of the main tourist attractions include the Notre-Dame de Québec cathedral and the Capitole de Québec theatre, both in Quebec City, Petite Maison Blanche in Saguenay, and the Théâtre Saint-Denis, in Montréal.
