This HD live cam takes you to the small town of Buje (Italian: Buie) situated in the Istria Peninsula, Croatia. It shows a panoramic view of a central part of the town that goes 10 km uphill from the Adriatic Sea — due to that geographical fact, Buje is also referred to as the ‘sentinel of Istria’. Thanks to the town’s geographical closeness to Italy, about one third of the population has Italian as their native language.
