On the right-hand side of this live cam, next to the Town Hall Square, you’ll see the Tallinn Town Hall, a Gothic-style building which is the oldest town hall in Estonia, as well as in all Scandinavia and Baltic region. Every year the Christmas market takes place in this square.

With about 400,000 inhabitants, Tallinn, in Harju County, is one of the oldest capitals in Northern Europe. It is the national cultural hub, with museums, such as the Kumu Art Museum, churches, namely St. Nicholas Church and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, cafes and shops, and several beaches, as Pirita and Stroomi. Its walled Old Town and defensive towers should not be missed. A very visible attraction is the 314m-high TV Tower with its observation deck.
