Displayed on this live webcam is a seaside perspective of the city of Biarritz, in the region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, southwest side of France. At the end of this stretch of the large Miramar beach is Biarritz lighthouse. This city has been a favourite tourist destination since the 1800s and nowadays is popular for surfing as well.
