Due to its rich cultural history, made of renowned musicians, philosophers, artists and scientists, and strongly connected to World War II, Germany is the 7th most visited nation worldwide. A few must-see landmarks in Berlin, the capital, are Checkpoint Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate and the remains of the Berlin Wall.
