The Live webcam above shows Berlin's Olympic Stadium (Olympiastadion), as seen from Corbusierhaus Berlin in the west of the German capital.
Werner March designed the sports stadium, which is part of the OlympiaparkBerlin complex, for the 1936 Summer Olympics. With a seating capacity of 74,475 people, it is Germany's largest stadium.
It was renovated and modernised between 2000 and 2004, specifically the roofing, and also for the 2006 FIFA World Cup. It served as the main venue for the 2009 World Athletics Championships, which were held in Berlin. It is the home stadium of the Bundesliga professional football team and has hosted the men's DFB Cup finals since 1985. The Olympic Stadium will host the final of the European Championship in 2024. Aside from hosting major sporting events, the massive structure also serves as a concert venue.
Please see the map further down the page to see the Olympic Stadium's location in Berlin.
