The Osaka Prefecture (大阪府) is an urban prefecture located in the main island of Japan, Honshu, whose capital is the city of Osaka. It borders the prefectures of Kyoto and Hyōgo (north), Nara (east) and Wakayama (south), and it is bathed by the Osaka Bay. Osaka city is the third largest city in Japan, after Tokyo and Kyoto. It is a port city featuring modern architecture, a vibrant nightlife and it is famed for its street food and the Dōtonbori entertainment district. At the waterfront is a leisure area - Tempozan Harbor Village, where you may visit Osaka Aquarium, Universal Studios Japan, among other attractions.
