In the village, you can enjoy a pleasant stroll or a bicycle ride along the scenic Hoornsekade canal. Within a short drive of only five minutes, you can reach the landscapes, green cycling and walking routes, and wonderful recreational sites of the Midden-Delfland Nature Reserve. Den Hoorn has a population of approximately 8,500 people and borders the city of Delft to the north, west, and south.
