On this live webcam stream, you can see a beautiful view of Rade de Gustavia Harbour, the capital of Saint-Barthélemy Island in the Caribbean Sea.
The live cam is installed at the viewpoint at an altitude of 105 metres, as shown on the map further down the page, overlooking Gustavia, the hilly coast, sand beaches, and the numerous boats moored and passing by the east coast of Saint-Barthélemy Island. The entrance to the natural Gustavia Harbour, the island's main harbour between Gustavia Peninsula and the other part of town, can be seen in the distance.
Gustavia is a popular sailing destination. Throughout the year, the town hosts major sailing races, and the New Year's Eve Regatta is a spectacular event that attracts a large number of yachts during the peak of tourism on the island.
Saint-Barthélemy Island, also known as Saint Barths, has been a French overseas collectivity in the Caribbean since 2007. It has a population of around 10,000 people and is made up of the island of Saint-Barthélemy and several small islands. Beautiful coastal landscapes, excellent beaches, luxurious hotels, restaurants, and sailing clubs make this a popular winter getaway destination for people from France and North America.
