Webcam streaming of Seoul Plaza, in Taepyeongno, Jung-gu, in the heart of South Korea’s capital. It reopened in 2004, under the city’s ecological projects, as the Government decided to transform this area into a central open-air space where locals could get together and relax. The Seoul Metropolitan Library (former City Hall), with the modern building of the current City Hall standing behind it, is right in front of this large square.
