Mykolaivs'ka oblast (Mykolajivśka oblasť) is situated in the southern part of Ukraine. It is also known as Nikolaev and Nikolayev Oblast.
There are resort towns in the south of the region, on the coastline of the Black Sea, including Koblevo and Rybakivka and many appealing landscapes areas such as Buzk's Gard National Nature Park.
