This live HD streaming takes you to a major city square in Odessa, Ukraine. In the foreground you see a bronze statue representing the historic general and Odessa governor Duc de Richelieu. The monument by the sculptor Ivan Martos, presents the Duke of Richelieu (Armand Emmanuel du Plessis) in a Roman Toga with a scroll in hand. It was the first monument exposed in the city, in 1826. The statue is at the top of the famous Potemkin Stairs, a huge stairway in Odessa, connecting the Odessa harbour shore to the city centre. In the background of the live image stands one of the magnificent buildings around the square, housing commercial establishments.
