The high-definition live cam is at Odessa Port, in the city of Odessa, in southern Ukraine.
The live panorama shows you Potemkin Stairs, or Potemkin Steps, a symbol of Odessa and a formal entrance to the city centre from the seaside. The giant stairway, which featured in the film "Battleship Potemkin", was built in 1841, has 192 steps along 142 metres and 27 metres in height!
