The centrepiece of this live streaming webcam is Altanka, a fine 19th-century gazebo monument in a city park in central Sumy, in the north-east of Ukraine.
The octahedral wooden terrace is set on a high brick base, showing a distinctive arched roof with a central high angular cupola. On this close view of Altanka, you see the beautiful decorative elements of the arbor, the sophistication of the shaped columns, lace of cornices and carved spires.
