Skid Row is a homeless neighbourhood of fifty city blocks (2.71 square miles) just east of Downtown Los Angeles known for its large number of homeless people living in tents on the streets, shabby constructions, or in the open.
The camera stream is installed on the Weingart Center building, which is a non-profit organisation dedicated to serving the needs of the homeless. Another live cam can be found near 6th Street and San Pedro Street.
